Terms of participation:

Participation in the Summit work is paid:
The registration fee is 4500 Hrn. (including VAT).

Foreign participants are allowed to pay Euro or American Dollars. The exact amount in foreign currency will be coordinated on the moment of sending the invoice and will depend on current rate of the currency to hryvna.
The Organizers propose to Participants to use the system of discounts, particularly

• Registration of two participants from one company- 10%
• Registration of three participants - 15%
• Registration of five or more participants - 20%

The Organizers are ready for personally discussion of discounts for participant delegations(more than 5 persons). Please send your inquiries to sales@ch.kiev.ua
Registration of Diplomatic and Trade missions are free of charge (not more than 2 persons). Please, apply to mirontchouk@ch.kiev.ua

How to get Summit registration as a participant?

There are several variants of registration, particularly:

• On-line registration form on the Summit’ web site or on the web page of the Technical Partner Conference House
• If you have Registration form in the Word format, you can send the filled form to sales@ch.kiev.ua or by fax +38 044 541 18 38
•  You can send us your inquiry to the sales@ch.kiev.ua and we will reply to you with the Registration form
• You can also be registered in oral form by phone # +38 044 541 18 38. Contact person for foreign registration – Alexi Mirontchouk

In reply to your registration form we will send you the invoice within 24 hours (with draft contract if necessary).

Summit Participant service package:

• The Participant has right to:
  Visiting of all the included to the Official Program (including Solemn opening of the Summit);
•  Receiving of all the information-analytical materials concerning the Summit;
•  Feeding in the framework of Events, mentioned in the Program.
